For Immediate Release

On Tuesday, September 30, 2008, The American Canyon Fire Protection District will conduct a Fire District Board of Directors Meeting. The meeting will be held at the new Public Safety Facility located at 911 Donaldson Way East, American Canyon commencing at 5:30 p.m.

The Fire District Board of Directors Meetings will be held every fifth Tuesday. The agenda will be posted at the Fire Station, City Hall and Community Services as well as this website: Agenda

American Canyon has a new Assistant Fire Chief.  Fire Chief Glen Weeks announced that Assistant Chief John Fitch will be joining the American Canyon Fire District.  Chief Fitch is due to start on July 7, 2008.
